Legal Indiana sports betting is just days away from its official launch. Casinos in the state are ready to start collecting bets from players. Indiana is the 12th state with legal sports wagering as the state law takes effect on September 1.

According to sports betting solutions providers, at least three casinos are opening their sports wagering spaces on Sunday. Other casinos scheduled to open their sports betting areas on or before the start of the NFL season.

The Gaming Commission approved the Indiana sports betting regulations. Last month, the commission released the draft regulations for sports wagering. Eleven of the thirteen casinos in the states got temporary sports betting licenses. Also, three off-track betting sites got temporary licenses.
